Or, cette \u00ab<strong>vitamine soleil<\/strong>\u00bb est essentielle au bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, \u00e0 la solidit\u00e9 des os et des dents, et \u00e0 l&#8217;absorption du calcium n\u00e9cessaire au maintien de la masse osseuse. Donc, si l\u2019hiver est long et l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 pluvieux, \u00a0il vaut mieux choisir une alimentation riche en Vitamine D (poissons gras, oeufs, foie\u2026) et se suppl\u00e9menter par ailleurs en Vitamine D, en choisissant de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence une vitamine naturelle par opposition \u00e0 une vitamine synth\u00e9tique, et une vitamine D3 plus assimilable que la D2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Et ce d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019une nouvelle \u00e9tude, la plus large jamais effectu\u00e9e sur la vitamine D, vient justement de rapporter qu\u2019il existe un lien \u00e9troit entre hypertension et manque de vitamine D. Pour en arriver \u00e0 cette conclusion, des chercheurs de <em>University College London<\/em> ont compil\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es provenant de 35 \u00e9tudes portant sur plus de 155.000 personnes \u00e0 travers l&#8217;Europe et l&#8217;Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Les r\u00e9sultats, publi\u00e9s lors de la conf\u00e9rence annuelle de la European Society of Human Genetics \u00e0 Paris, attestent d\u2019une corr\u00e9lation significative\u00a0:<br \/>\nPour chaque augmentation de 10 % dans les concentrations de vitamine D, on remarque une diminution de 8,1 % du risque de d\u00e9velopper de l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette \u00e9tude, r\u00e9cemment rapport\u00e9e \u00a0par la version anglaise de l\u2019EXPRESS, est \u00e0 rapprocher des nombreuses \u00e9tudes mettant en \u00e9vidence le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la vitamine D dans la pr\u00e9vention du cancer. Les th\u00e9ories liant carence en vitamine D et cancer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9es par plus de 200 \u00e9tudes \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques effectu\u00e9es sur des cultures cellulaires provenant de plus de 2500 \u00e9tudes de laboratoire <em>(<a title=\"Freedman D, Dosemeci M, McGlynn K.
