Une \u00e9quipe \u00a0scientifique a mesur\u00e9 les niveaux d&#8217;acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 dans les \u00e9chantillons de sang de 493 \u00e9coliers \u00e2g\u00e9s de sept \u00e0 neuf ans, et demand\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs parents d\u2019\u00e9tablir un rapport sur leurs habitudes alimentaires. Pr\u00e8s de neuf enfants sur dix consommaient moins de deux portions de poisson par semaine \u2013 minimum recommand\u00e9 dans les directives officielles de la sant\u00e9 &#8211; et pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un enfant sur dix n&#8217;avait jamais mang\u00e9 de poisson. L&#8217;\u00e9tude, publi\u00e9e dans <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/health\/healthnews\/10146554\/Struggling-pupils-short-on-omega-3.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la revue <em>PLOS One<\/em>, <\/a>a constat\u00e9 que les niveaux d&#8217;acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 DHA, forme pr\u00e9dominante d\u2019acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 dans le cerveau, permettent de pr\u00e9dire la capacit\u00e9 des enfants \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 se concentrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/jnci.oxfordjournals.org\/content\/early\/2013\/07\/09\/jnci.djt174.abstract\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><!--more--><\/a>Dans le m\u00eame temps, utilisant <a href=\"http:\/\/jnci.oxfordjournals.org\/content\/early\/2013\/07\/09\/jnci.djt174.abstract\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&#8217;\u00e9tude SELECT,<\/a> une \u00e9quipe de chercheurs s&#8217;est pench\u00e9e sur le cas de 834 hommes diagnostiqu\u00e9s avec un cancer de la prostate, dont 156 \u00e0 stade avanc\u00e9. Ces chercheurs en ont conclu qu\u2019une concentration \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&#8217;acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 dans le sang, augmentait de 43% le risque pour les hommes de d\u00e9velopper un cancer de la prostate.\u00a0La diff\u00e9rence dans les concentrations d\u2019acides gras entre les deux groupes repr\u00e9senterait l&#8217;\u00e9quivalent de plus de deux portions de saumon par semaine, selon ces m\u00eames chercheurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sylviebeljanski.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Dr-recommends.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1198\" title=\"Dr recommends\" src=\"https:\/\/sylviebeljanski.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Dr-recommends.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"183\" height=\"276\" \/><\/a>Les conclusions de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 critiqu\u00e9es par l&#8217;industrie, car ne fournissant aucune information sur la source des om\u00e9ga 3. Cela souligne les bienfaits de l&#8217;huile de poisson purifi\u00e9e de qualit\u00e9, contrairement \u00e0 la consommation de poisson lui-m\u00eame, malheureusement hautement contamin\u00e9 par les m\u00e9taux lourds et les antibiotiques.
