Car selon la FDA, l\u2019ac\u00e9taminoph\u00e8ne \u2013 le principe actif du Doliprane\u00ae et de\u00a0l&#8217;Efferalgan\u00ae \u2013 fut \u00e0 l\u2019origine de nombreuses crises de foie aig\u00fces aux Etats-Unis entre 1998 et 2003. Et il semblerait que cela continue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"> N\u2019en prenant pas, je ne risque pas l\u2019overdose. Cependant, il me para\u00eet important de rappeler que l\u2019 ac\u00e9taminoph\u00e8ne est dangereux car une consommation \u00e0 peine \u00e9lev\u00e9e peut vite mener \u00e0 l\u2019overdose.
