Le pH de la salive vous indique comment votre corps r\u00e9agit \u00e0 votre humeur et au stress. Faites vous-m\u00eame le test : procurez-vous un paquet de papier pH. Mouillez 5 \u00e0 7 cm de la bande de papier avec votre salive ou votre premi\u00e8re urine du matin. Faites correspondre la couleur de votre test avec le nuancier indiqu\u00e9 sur le papier d\u2019emballage. Si vous \u00eates en bonne sant\u00e9, votre salive et votre urine devraient enregistrer un pH avoisinant 7 au moment de votre r\u00e9veil apr\u00e8s au moins 5 heures de sommeil. Le r\u00e9gime alcalin est principalement v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien.
